Read the local rules and relevant risk assessment for TIRF microscopy accessible on the Drive and hardcopy in the yellow folder.

Sign hardcopy sign-off sheet for the risk assessment you have read and understood.

Get a senior lab member to show you the microscopes and train you in their safe use.
