Branding
Your poster won't get printed if it's not correctly branded. In short, you need to make sure you use the square Oxford university Logo (Dark blue with white crest in top right and "University of OXFORD" written underneath). If it's on a dark background make sure it's the logo with a white square outline. Ideally you should put it in the top right hand corner of the poster.
Oxford Blue is [Red:0, Green:33, Blue:71]
Printing:
Save as one of the following file types [ .ppt .pptx .cdr .ai .pdf ] and upload it with this form
The printers ask for 48 hours notice, but if you are pushed for time they will normally print the same day. Just drop them a line at posters@itsupport.chem.ox.ac.uk warning them when you will submit it and when you need it by, and they are usually very helpful. Make sure you get it right, they won't re-print if you spot a mistake!
Transporting:
The ink with which the posters are printed is water soluble so will run if it gets wet. Transport the poster in the black plastic carrier which lives in the store room.
