Glycerol stocks

Add equal volume of autoclaved 30% glycerol (ie 15% in total mix). Flash freeze in liquid nitrogen and store at -70^oC.

DMSO stocks

Add 7-8% sterile DMSO to sample. Flash freeze in liquid nitrogen and store at -70^oC.
